Privacy notice for early-access signups
Version 2026-11-07
This notice covers only the early-access form on this page. It does not cover the REY app, which is not available yet and will have its own privacy policy.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your first name, if you choose to give it.
- When you signed up, when you gave consent, and which version of this notice you agreed to.
We do not ask about your loss, your health or your wellbeing, and we do not create an app account for you.
Why we use it
Only to email you about REY’s launch and early access, because you asked us to by ticking the consent box. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not send it to a mailing-list or marketing service.
Who can see it
It is stored in a database used only for early-access signups. Only the small team operating REY can read it, and only through restricted server access.
To protect the form from abuse we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your email and network address to count attempts. These counts expire within hours and cannot be read back as your details.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until the early-access programme ends, whichever comes first. Signing up again with the same email does not create a second record or change your original consent.
How to withdraw or have your details removed
Contact us at [Privacy contact not yet configured: this environment must not collect real signups] from the email address you signed up with, and we will delete your signup. You can also ask what we hold about you.
When REY launches, joining the app will be a separate step that you choose. Nothing about this signup enrols you automatically.
